以前的一個好租客, 絕對好租客, 已經成為朋友了。

回頭找我幫忙找房子。

他目前在Richmond $1350 at Emerald one bedroom new building. He likes richmond as its very convenient and a lot of new construction as well. He could be flexible pay $1550 for a new 2 bedroom in richmond or south Vancouver

不過突然挺同情新兩房公寓的房東的。。。如果是列市中心 兩房的比一房的單元差不多貴了十到十五萬吧 物業費也要貴100 地稅也要貴一些。。。租金才多二百哇。。。
