I agree Terra Norv is a good location.

For me, in this moment, I prefer Stevenson South, the price is still have a lot of ROOM to rise. On the contrast, Terra Nova is too expensive now. Not good for investment. ( my opinion only)

650K 左右的HOUSE,我建議你去Riverdale 這個區.雖然這裡的HOUSE不新.但地比較大,附件有比較好的學校,和社區中心.而且該地方的location很好,旺中帶靜.如果你很看中學校,那就South Arm那裡的公立中學是RICHMOND最好的,再BC中學排名前20位之內.但位置就較為遠了些.如果你要去DOWNTOWN上班的話,就需要多耗費半小時車程.

For house,我從來沒建議過人去terra nova,因為terra nova的house太貴,雖然新.但同樣價格我會加10-20玩買vancouver west的.任何東西有性價比.你說的stevenson south也是我推薦的好區之一.那裡目前白人住比較多.
