It is a very crazy night. iTalkBB called me more than 10 times tonight. They have been calling me every 2 weeks. I told them I do not want their service and want to be removed from their calling list. They said "I cannot".

What company it is! In Canada, if you tell the company to remove you from their calling list. They have to do it. It is the law. I am going to file a formal complain towards iTalkBB.

Also, I cannot believe such a company that it call you 10 times in 1 hour. How can I use their service? Just imaging the trouble they can give to me when I need cancel the service.

The telemarketer is not trained well. She even asked me "What company you work for?" Come on, it is non of your business. They also tell me phone number cannot reach them, when I asked for a number to call back.

My suggestion is: Walk away from them.

我只是根據我的了解來做一個純個人的判斷。。。

對了，下次再遇到這種情況（不管是哪家公司打來的），只一句就解決問題了：我已經在用貴公司的服務。。。

They probably from a call center that iTalkBB contract. However, when I asked where are you calling from. They told me, "We are from iTalkBB."

That is, even if they are not directly hired by iTalkBB, they are on behave of iTalkBB and present iTalkBB.

From the customer point of view, I am dealing with iTalkBB. I do not care who they actually are.

They called me again today and I told them I've subscribed your service.

Guess what, this does not shut them down. They asked, "Really? and what plan do you subscribe?"

OMG!!! I will keep posted on how many phone calls and how often I get those phone calls.

iTalkBB的推銷人員真的很煩,已告之不用iTalkBB, 還經常打電話來, 最近二周, 幾乎每天一個電話.
