如果不用上班，兩個孩子，大家會選擇哪裡呢？兩邊的中學都不錯，房價南SURREY稍微高些，性價比都不錯。南SURREY就是少了個T&T,該怎麼選呢?有兩邊都住過的朋友嘛？

好像south surrey/white rock 比tri-cities貴吧？我怎麼覺得south surrey/white rock跟burnaby房價差不多？

我覺得看樓主要求什麼。如果是交通購物方便，靠近coquitlam center是個好選擇，比如woodland acres區，可以步行去coquitlam center/superstore/safeway/save-on-food/library/towncenter park。不要山上的，開車麻煩，冷不丁熊大哥拍你肩膀。靠近como lake，或者harbor chine, harbor place也是不錯的區，傳統大地舊房，學校還行，安靜。不要mundy park附近的，有熊，而且那片以前據說是沼澤地。

south surrey/white rock小學中學普遍比tri-cities 要好。而且靠近海邊夏天涼快些。

要是south surrey/white rock比tri-cities還便宜那是不錯的選擇，最好離海邊近些的。畢竟大溫地區海岸線附近的房子都是天價，south surrey/white rock雖然偏點但好歹靠近海邊。

I have visited both cities, which boast nice neighborhood and good schools. However, tri-city seems to have a great growth potential.

1, We may expect Everygreen Line in 2014, which is translated into higher demand and higher capital appreciation. But the transportation in White Rock does not improve in the near future.

2. Population growth in Tri-city is better than that in White Rock. Tri-city is more dynamic. Over 40% of populations in White Rock are elderly, while over 60% of population in Tri-city are 25-64 old couples with children.

交通方便，人口增長也會帶來城市的不安全因素，南SURREY房價比TRI-CITY高，陽光比較多，但夏天比較熱。就是中餐太少了。人口老齡也是個問題，不過現在新開發的地方吸引了很多年輕人來，但要熱鬧點估計也要加以時日。而且小孩子學東西也不知道那邊多不多？唉，愁
