To use it with either voip.ms or freephoneline, which ATA is better in a reasonable budget?

1. Is Obi200 better than Linksys SPA2102 in terms of voice quality such as less echo?
2. Does Obi200 work with freephoneline?
3. Which ATA would you recommend other than these two?

The key features I am looking for by order:

1. Good voice quality
2. Fax capability
3. Good compatibility
4. Easy to setup
