:) do not need that, but it is better to let people who love Vancouver can enjoy the life , but not like to pay their income mostly to housing. 10 years ago, nobody blame rich people living in west Vancouver, since even it is expensive, it did not affect normal people. but now normal people can not afford a house in Great Vancouver.
