FBI局长斥美媒控其醉酒、缺席报道不实扬言提告

美国联邦调查局（FBI）局长帕特尔（Kash Patel）强烈否认《大西洋月刊》（The Atlantic）一篇指控其管理失当及行为不当的报道，并扬言要提出诉讼。

帕特尔周五（4月17日）在社交平台X发文：「法庭上见，你和你那群散布虚假新闻的同伙。」

美媒《国会山报》（The Hill）报道，此前《大西洋月刊》刊出题为「FBI局长失踪」的文章，引述20多名在职及前FBI官员、国会议员、酒店业员工等人士匿名说法，指帕特尔多次在白宫等场合「饮酒至明显醉酒」，其保安团队更曾因他似醉酒而难以叫醒他。

报道又指，帕特尔经常「缺席」、不在总部办公室，并曾因无法登入内部计算机系统，而「惊慌失措」致电助手及盟友，以为被白宫解雇。

《大西洋月刊》记者菲茨帕特里克（Sarah Fitzpatrick）写道，「他们匿名谈论敏感讯息......称帕特尔任期内管理不当，他的个人行为是国家安全漏洞。」

帕特尔代理律师宾纳尔（Jesse Binnall）周五在X平台上发布一封信，称该信已发送给《大西洋月刊》和菲茨帕特里克，信中否认这些指控并扬言要采取法律行动。
