This guy must be held accountable for the severe crime situations in Surrey as the chief. I never felt he was qualified. The weak leadership of SPS led to booming extortion in Surrey. Those who pushed SPS to replace RCMP in Surrey must also be held accountable. Anyway, democracy is always super expensive and nobody will be held accountable after resignations from overly paid jobs.
