Customer Support Specialist

Job Duties:

· Provide high level customer services for complaints referred from local office/stores/Call Centre

· Track, manage and respond to T3 and other support request

· Investigate and trouble shoot customer service issues

· Ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction for onsite and local support

· Perform customer satisfaction tracking on customer support request and compliant

· Perform analysis to determine commonly occurring problems and recommend solutions

· File local complaints, visit back and survey log sheets, reports and learning

· Quality control and checking for local sales channel

· Regular customers visit back/survey requested by marketing, project team or store

· Recommend improvement actions, change of policies/procedures from customer complaints in order to escalate our customer experience

· Closely communicate with customer services team at Call Centre and local channel team to exchange customer service issues

· Manage and handle daily operation for internet project in terms of order follow up, ticket handling, installation, customer enquiries, quality control, reporting and reconciliation.

· Manager 2 subordinate staff to perform daily customer support duties


General Skills and Knowledge

  • 3-5 customer service experience
  • Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills

· Attention to details, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-pace, high-pressure environment

· Ownership of issues through resolution

· Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language

· Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Logistic Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Process logistics requests from manager and ensure all necessary follow-up action is completed
  • Liaise with customer to schedule, coordinate and ensure receipt of goods
  • Trouble Tickets handling
  • Product batch exchange
  • Dealer and Store order
  • Pick up stores returned devices and recycle
  • Purolator returned devices recycle and record return reason
  • Customer walk in case
  • Product inventory count (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
  • Shipping supplies order and skid shipping scheduling
  • Accessories’ sorting, clean up and testing

General Skills and Knowledge

  • Holds a minimum of a college diploma or an undergraduate degree
  • Related experience preferred

Customer Support Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acting as a single point of contact between internal departments and service provider, handling inquiries from all sales channel and disseminate most updated information to them about any changes from service provider
  • Acting as a single point of contact for the customer by providing ongoing account support, handling service inquiries, technical issues, billing issues and change management for assigned accounts.
  • Assign modem to each account and make records of shipping and inventory.
  • Track individual deliverables as well as provide feedbacks and quality control on projects.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation report based on internal data and service provider’s data.
  • Prepare reports and acess the result achieved based on project benefits.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must fluent in English, Mandarins, and Cantonese
  • More than one year related experience
  • Positive attitude – important for difficult times incurred along the way throughout the process
  • Professional skills and knowledge in technical
  • Strong communication and verbal reasoning skills

Marketing Manager – Loyalty and Retention

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to manage customer life cycle, revenue generation, contract renewal and retention.
  • Develop marketing programs to engage and retain existing customers.
  • Work closely with analytics team to ensure customer segmentation, response forecast and campaign measurement criteria.
  • Maximize the business opportunities in our customer database via various cross-sell and upsell programs.
  • Conduct market research and customer behaviors on products and provide recommendations; be an expert of customer insights and needs in the team.
  • Work with various supporting team and sale channels to plan and implement the launching of new initiatives.
  • Ensure flawless program execution and manage time, budget and process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 5 years marketing or product management experience
  • A team player who is able to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization and deliver quality campaigns within given timelines and budget
  • Business-driven, independent, resourceful and have a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management and analytical skills are mandatory
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
