地产观点: 压力测试起反作用联邦不会救房市

（加西网综合）再过几天，加拿大联邦政府将发布2019年的财政预算，预算能否解决加拿大目前房子的可负担性问题？

82%认为没戏！

不仅如此，多半受访者还都认为压力测试B-20政策，对解决可负担性没起好作用。

有57%的受访者都意识到压力测试的存在和所带来的影响。

50%的受访者认为：压力测试使得加拿大房价的可负担性变得更差，想要买房变得更困难！

这次调查是加拿大房地产专业分析网站Zoocasa针对加拿大主要城市居民，包括房屋拥有者和租客的一次全面调查。

其中55%的受访者认同：仅仅依靠联邦政府的措施，是不足以解决加国房市可负担性差的难题。

仅有21%的受访者对联邦政府有信心！

认为依靠联邦的决策，在未来5年中，可以解决加拿大房价可负担性差的老大难题。

其中19%的已购房者和26%的租客，还对联邦有积极期待。

Not all the people living in the luxury house are cheating, they have high education, high paid jobs and better investments. they earned from their abilities, not from cheating.

事实证明，过去20年，大温地区房贷违约率（无能力偿还房贷）是全国最低的，也是北美最低的。而刚刚事实的压力测试，倒是会让部分贷款购房的人可能成为“负翁”。赞踩 4 回复 0

压力测试是必须的。过去几年有多少人用境外假收入骗到的贷款。如果出现大面积违约。到时候还要用纳税人的钱去补窟窿。对其他人是极大的不公平。

The person uses fake income will still pass the test. What is the reason for taxpayers to pay for the unpaid loans? if the loan can not be repaid, the banks will sell the property to get the loan back, or may go to bankrupt, not the government. why will it be related to other taxpayers? I do not see the reasonable assumption for this statements.
