是的。去年买机票时就遇到了。最便宜（也比疫情前贵了许多）的机票不包括选座位，不可以退票或改签，不可以有托运行李等诸多限制。想有这些特权的都必须在票价上再加钱才能获得。不止加航，西捷等其他航空公司也如此。这和疫情前买机票完全不同。

There is actually no affordability issue in Vancouver. Those who are buying housing in Vancouver are investors and speculators. The have large amount of cash or can borrow money from the banks. Only the housing prices in Vancouver can increase much faster than other locations. That is one of the main reasons why there are never lack of buyers (investors and speculators).
