The additional costs for SPS must be provided by BC provincial government which forced Surrey to transit into local police which is not fully capable of dealing with extortion crisis in Surrey. BC provincial government used SPS as a weapon to attack Mayor Locke and removed experienced RCMP which was welcomed by most Surrey residents. Extortion criminals used this opportunity to conduction crimes when policing is weak. BC provincial government is fully liable for this crisis, not Surrey taxpayers. 贊 8 踩 2 回復 0
