Now investors start to blame the population control policy of the federal government to limit international students, temporary workers and immigrants. Canada now has zero increase in population which is the driving power for housing markets. Housing increasing efforts from all levels of governments will only increase the supply which hammer down housing prices to affordable level which in turn push buyers to become renters.
