Everybody is taking the hits by their own except union members of BCGEU. Why are they so special? They want to get all benefits with zero loss with the perfect excuse of protecting environment. At the end of the day, all costs cover their loss will come from tax dollars. In another word, our tax dollars must be paid for their losses and make them happy and comfortable to do their jobs.
