BC provincial government went too far for DRIPA which accepted the UN declaration. Now we got backfire from DRIPA, which was used by the justice in two law suits, which gave Indigenous the rights of lands where people own their properties. Nobody wanted to buy those properties due to the legal decision which would also be used in all other regions in this province. NDP government does not have enough seats to pass the legislation.
