I got problems with CRA almost every year. Sometime CRA made mistakes by its computer systems. It sent out letters with penalties. I have to call CRA to make them right. They created workloads by themselves and lowered efficiency. Fortunately, I got mistakes corrected fairly quickly and did not wait for very long time. It is not good enough. But definitely it is not very bad as described in this article. There must be some worst cases I believe. But it is not totally fail.
