幾日前打開一瓶黑松雞，入口微寒，如腹微溫，齒頰留香，真不錯！之前第一次品的黑方，有加冰，就是這感覺，後來喝芝華士，和詹邊，印象不深，沒想到此次不加冰也可以，可惜過了幾日再沒有涼的口感了。看來要制些冰備著。

威士忌不似白酒烈，味比白蘭地“正”，正好冬天飲用。

如果你是真的喜歡喝威士忌，try single malt scotch, it is the king of whisky； black grouse/jim beam/johnnie walker are blended, 相當於中國白酒的調和酒，是配出來的；我很喜歡glenfiddich 18, but 12 is good 2 and affordable
