    你需要去市府网站查看当地zoning bylaw,各个地方规定不同。

    google 一下。高桂林市定义RT3zone

    真的要用到,一定要去当地市府了解目前的定义和将来可能的规划。

    举个例子:下面的土地现在还是农用地,但素里市府规划了,将来重建就是居民townhouse or multiplex 区。

    说RT-3的一般应该是指温哥华的zoning code RT-3,意思是一个地块上最多建两个单元。

    好像大温其他城市没有叫RT-3的。高贵林只有RT-1和RT-2,没有RT-3。

    同样的用地性质每个城市code叫法不一样。。。

    他说现在是DUPLEX ZONED,也就是说你要自己去申请有可能建3套,也有可能不行
