Dear ________,

Thank you for your precious time reading this letter!

I am a law abiding Canadian citizen living in your district.

I am writing to you since you are riding for this district and some extremely disturbing behaviours that might be categorized as hate crime prevails on a local online forum, www.beimeicn.com/Forums/...inese.html , which is overseen by by "WESTCA Technology Ltd. 721 carnarvon st. New Westminster, B.C. Canada V3M 1E6".

There are scores of abusive persons/IDs bullying other members of this online forum.
If a member shows any doubt, antipathy or opinions that are not in favor of the Chinese Communist Party's ruling in China either of the past or present, then
he or she will be defintely abased, bashed and insulted verbally. If a member shows that he or she is in favor of or not against the religious group named falungong, then he or she will be defintely humuliated, abused and assaulted verbally. The disturbing part is that there seems to be no end to this.

It does not seem to agree with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Please advise what we should do to put it right!

我想回覆會是:

親愛的:我們會嚴肅地處理您的投訴,絕不會像加西的管理員和版主一樣不公平不公正的處理投訴而義無反顧的去包疪加西小圈子。
一經定案,我們會要求加西把論壇暫停六個月,把所以加西十年來的貼子找專人翻譯成中文,再去中國或香港騁請中文語言學家用三年的時間列出所有罵人和有關凌霸的貼子,然後張貼在各大小市政廳和圖書館給市民閱讀及表決誰是應該受罸的id,然後加以追逋歸案。
多謝你的來信,希望本年省選後仍可為你服務。

這是一個中文壇子的內部管理風格問題.... 我覺得沒有必要把這些華人的窩裡斗丑惡行為還報告給RCMP。人家只會皺眉頭。

其實很簡單,如果大多數人都覺得那幾個ID 在本壇的禍害大於貢獻,@論壇管理員就應該聽從大家的意見,把那幾個ID 永久禁言,並消滅其所有馬甲。
