新屋樓梯底太低,60 inch, 放不下 hot water tank, builder 建議利用radiant heating boiler and heat exchanger 代替。請問有何利弊？

去過了，那裡的人不懂。華輝電器的技師很不錯，說也可以，但不夠先進。我想看看有沒有人用過，來點第一手的信息
