崗位職責：
1、通過理解用戶需求和產品邏輯，提供界面和交互等優化建議。
2、進行產品的交互和視覺輸出，完成移動端、PC端的整套項目產品的視覺設計。
3、制定產品的UI規范，把控圖標、控件、界面的設計風格和交互方式，保持產品整體體驗的一致。
職位要求：
1、有一定交互意識，有較強的用戶觀念，在設計中能夠充分考慮用戶體驗；
2、具有良好視覺功底，對色彩有敏銳的觀察力及分析能力，思路開闊，創意豐富；
3、工作積極細心、有責任心，有良好的溝通能力和團隊協作精神；
4、要求熟練掌握Photoshop、Illustrator等平面基礎軟件；
5、具有網站交互設計經驗，了解HTML、CSS、JavaScript等網頁語言者優先；
6、有系統扎實的SEO理論知識和豐富的SEO經驗。
