Job Duties
-Managing outgoing telephone and email communications with prospects, brokers and other stakeholders
-Scheduling and coordinating calendar appointments for the Advisor and managing travel arrangements
-Preparing meeting agenda, processing minutes or recap, tracking action items and reporting on progress
-Preparing and following up correspondence, presentations, proposals
-Assisting with lecture, forum and other marketing events
-Handling business applications and relevant paperwork
-Staying informed of market updates and regulations, assist with marketing material
Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
At least 2 years of administrative working experience
Experienced in administrative & sales work, such as telemarketing and customer service
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset
Remuneration & Benefits:
Subject to qualifications and experience
Health & dental benefits available
Career opportunities to develop into management role
Candidate with LLQP license will receive extra $4000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
