肘部如此，把手、頭部伸出側窗或天窗同樣可能受到嚴重傷害。根據《中華人民共和國道路交通安全法實施條例》第七十七條，機動車行駛中，不得將身體任何部分伸出車外[12]。

國家統計局數據顯示，全國每年發生機動車交通事故二十余萬起，死亡人數超過5萬，受傷人數超過20萬[13]。這裡面有司機也有乘客，即使從不開車，也請提醒自己和身邊的人，在坐車的時候系好安全帶、確保物品收納和坐姿安全，保護車裡的每一個生命。
