　　京東CEO劉強東在美涉嫌性侵持續發酵，北京時間9月7日晚間消息，京東今日在公司網站上以英文問答形式對明尼蘇達州事件進行了問答。

　　京東：劉強東將繼續領導公司

　　日常運營未受影響

　　京東稱，CEO劉強東將繼續領導公司，該事件並未影響京東的日常運營。對於可能遭遇的集體訴訟，京東將據理力爭。

　　京東強調，該事件沒有對京東的日常運營帶來任何影響，將來也不會。如果執法部門將來有需要，劉強東也願意配合調查。

　　Q: Can you share any information on what haPPened in Minnesota with the CEO？

　　問：能否跟我們透露一下CEO劉強東在明尼蘇達州發生了什麼事情？

　　A:Richard Liu was taken into custody on August 31, 2018, by Minneapolis police on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct and released without any charges filed. He was not required to post bail and travelled freely back to China. Mr. Liu has cooperated with Minneapolis law enforcement and is willing to cooperate further if requested. Mr. Liu has returned to work in Beijing and he continues to lead the company. There is no interruption to JD.coms day-to-day business operations.

　　答：劉強東因涉嫌構成犯罪的性行為（criminal sexual conduct）於當地時間8月31日晚間在明尼蘇達州被捕，現已被釋放，沒有遭受任何指控。

　　他沒有被要求繳納任何保釋金，現已回國。劉先生積極地配合了明尼蘇達州執法部門，將來如果有需要也願意繼續配合。劉先生已回到北京，並恢復正常工作，他將繼續領導公司。該事件並未影響京東的日常運營。

　　Q:Is there an ongoing investigation？

　　問：警方的調查是否仍在繼續？

　　A:We cannot speak for law enforcement authorities in Minneapolis with regard to any investigation， but Mr. Liu has cooperated. Mr. Liu has resumed his work at JD.com and there is no interruption to our day-to-day business operations.

　　答：這個問題我們不能代表明尼蘇達州執法部門來回答，但劉先生已經配合了他們的調查。劉先生已經恢復了在京東的日常工作，我們的日常運營並未被打斷。

　　Q:Class action lawyers have tried to solicit shareholders. Can you explain what that means， and have any actions been taken against the company？

　　問：一些集體訴訟律師已經在召集股東，試圖對該事件提起訴訟。能說明一下這意味著什麼嗎，他們是否已經對京東采取行動？

　　A:We are aware that a few class action law firms have publicly announced a desire to represent shareholders. We are aware of no lawsuits being filed against the company and， if filed， we will contest the allegations vigorously.

　　答：我們已經意識到，一些集體訴訟律師事務所公開宣布，准備代表股東提起訴訟。但目前，還沒有提出訴訟。如果有，我們會據理力爭。

　　Q:What impact will this event have on JD.coms business？

　　A:The situation in Minnesota did not have and is not expected to have any impact on JD.coms day-to-day operations. In the meantime， JD.com is committed to running its daily business with undivided focus， and serving our customers and partners around the world.
