《肥胖评论》上的一篇研究在整合了超 150 万名儿童青少年的数据后发现，肥胖儿童青少年患非酒精性脂肪性肝病的风险，是体重正常同龄人的 26.1 倍，高血压、哮喘等疾病的患病率也显著升高 [ 12 ] 。

尽管肥胖 " 恶行累累 "，但放眼全世界，每一代都在变得更胖。据世卫组织统计，从 1990 年到 2022 年，成人肥胖率增加了一倍多，青少年肥胖率则增加了三倍，肥胖总人数超过十亿 [ 13 ] 。

这样的 " 肥胖循环 "，正如一场没有尽头的接力赛，父母在给予爱的同时，也不慎将健康隐患的种子，一同埋进孩子的未来。

他们此刻或许浑然不觉，但随着长大成人，肥肉成了比陪伴更长情的存在。曾有人调侃 " 减肥就是一直在路上 "，可要跑赢这场比赛，或许从来都不只是意志力的考验。
